On March 2, Dongfeng Group officially announced that it was negotiating with Stellantis on a new business arrangement for Shenlong Automobile Co., Ltd. As at the date of the announcement, Stellantis and the Group have not entered into a legally binding agreement regarding the new business arrangement. The final terms of the final agreement are subject to further negotiation between the parties. The company will make further announcements on the progress of relevant negotiations in due course.

Previously, it was reported that Dongfeng Motor and Stellantis will adjust the internal structure of Shenlong Motors. Among them, Dongfeng Peugeot is led by the French side, Dongfeng Citroen is led by the Chinese side, and Shenlong Motors The automobile will be retained as a production base and we will continue to pay attention to it.
