2023 Tokyo Auto Show: Honda launches 2 new Access concept cars

At the 2023 Tokyo Motor Show, Honda launched two new Access concept cars. Sports Accessory Concepts are modified versions of the Civic e:HEV and ZR-V e:HEV equipped with Honda’s upcoming genuine modification accessories.

The two concept models adopt a customized design theme of "from vision to sensibility", taking "FEEL SPORTS" as the theme, and interpreting it through Honda's official modified accessories, so that the car can feel sporty when using the car in daily life, rather than speed. For competitive sports.

CIVIC e:HEV

CIVIC e:HEV incorporates the essence of Civic TYPE R's sports elements, while interpreting "just the right sport" with Access. The new car has a more sporty "front bumper lip" and "body side skirt" shape. In addition, we also saw the TYPE R-style "rear spoiler", which further enhances the sporty feel.

In addition, the black logo, new sports-style 18-inch alloy wheels and black roof are also reflected, further enhancing the sporty atmosphere of the vehicle.

ZR-V e:HEV

The new model also has a front bumper, front lip, side skirts, rear spoiler and rear spoiler decoration, but it looks slightly less sporty than the Civic model. The wheel size is upgraded to 19 inches, and it also has Black roof. This new set of sports packages adds a bit of sportiness to this hybrid SUV, which is obviously different from other family SUVs.

In terms of power, both new cars will be equipped with Honda's fifth-generation e:HEV hybrid system, which is a combination of a 2.0L engine and an electric motor. The total system power is 203 horsepower. The transmission system is matched with an E-CVT continuously variable transmission. .
