A total of 162,300 copies have been issued, of which 251,000 have been approved so far, and more than 2.5 billion yuan in subsidy funds have been distributed to consumers.

Since the beginning of this year, Jiangsu Province has made great efforts to implement the "two new" vehicle scrappage renewal and vehicle replacement renewal. From July 25, 2024 to December 31, 2024, individual consumers will complete the transfer of non-operating passenger vehicles under their own names. Those who purchase new energy vehicles or fuel vehicles that have not been registered can apply for subsidies ranging from 6,000 yuan to 18,000 yuan in accordance with regulations.

The latest data from the Ministry of Commerce shows that as of 24:00 on November 18, the number of applications for automobile scrappage renewal and replacement renewal subsidies nationwide both exceeded 2 million, with a total of more than 4 million.
