7 September 31 – Genesis, an international luxury car brand, announced today that Zhu Jiang has been appointed as the new CEO of Genesis Auto Sales (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

Before joining Genesis, Zhu Jiang served as the first managing director of Lucid, a new American car-making force in China, leading the brand to enter the Chinese market and expand business. Zhu Jiang has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. He has worked for new Chinese electric vehicle forces such as NIO, building brands from scratch. He has also worked for internationally renowned automobile brands such as BMW, MINI, Lexus and Ford as a senior executive in China.

Zhu Jiang’s appointment as CEO will officially take effect on August 5, 2024.
