At the same time, China Huadian uses "large-capacity wind power off-grid hydrogen production integration" technology to produce hydrogen, which can achieve large-scale green hydrogen production and provide a source of green hydrogen for the construction of hydrogenation stations. On this basis, the Shenyang City and Dadong District governments promoted the joint construction of hydrogenation stations by China Petroleum Green Energy, achieving a breakthrough "from scratch."
